Process:

• Any KYC verified wallet will be whitelisted.
• Any whitelisted wallet, that sends between 150–3500 ALGO to the IDO wallet, while the wallet does not exceed the hard cap is recognized in the IDO.
• Funds have to be received within the sale period.
• Any funds, received before or after the sale period are not recognized.
• Any funds received after reaching the hard cap are not recognized.
• Any funds received below 150 ALGO or above 3500 ALGO are not recognized. Any amount over the maximum participation amount will be returned and the user will only be allotted the token worth the maximum participation amount.
• Whitelisted users will be added to the #whitelisted channel in the ZONE Discord server. You will not be added immediately. Check back in a few hours after your verification.
• IDO wallet address will be announced on the channel only on the day of the sale.
• As the sale begins, allocation will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All excluded funds will be returned promptly up until 2 days after the IDO period.

Instructions:

• Prepare an Algorand address BEFORE the IDO. Make sure your Algorand address is NOT an exchange address.
• We recommend the following Algorand wallets: https://algorandwallet.com/ and https://wallet.myalgo.com/
• Verify your identity by following the KYC process AFTER the whitelisting process begins here: https://whitelist.zone.game/
• If your KYC is verified, your wallet will be whitelisted. Whitelisting does not guarantee token allocation.
• After your KYC is verified, you will be redirected to the ZONE Discord server, join the server.

• Whitelisted users will be given access to the #whitelisted channel in our Discord server in due time before the sale begins. Don’t spam the mods for channel access, you will be banned.

You will not be added immediately. Check back in a few hours after your verification. In case you were verified but not given access after 2 hours, raise a support ticket in our Discord server.

• The IDO wallet address will be announced in the #whitelisted channel only. The IDO wallet address is where you have to send ALGO after the sale period begins.
• You will purchase ZONE with ALGO.
• Send the ALGO amount from your whitelisted wallet address to the IDO wallet address. Make sure to double-check the IDO wallet address beforehand.
• Users will have to claim their ZONE tokens from the claims portal upon TGE, and according to the vesting schedule. More information about the claims portal will be made available in due time.

How to get whitelisted:

Follow the steps below to get your KYC done and to get whitelisted:-

• Go to https://whitelist.zone.game/. Double-check this domain, make sure you have disabled all browser extensions.
• Click on the “Connect” button at the top right corner.
• Select your Algorand wallet and connect your wallet. We only support the following wallets for KYC verification.

• After connecting your wallet. Fill in your: Full name, Expected Allocation (In ALGO), Discord Username, Email address and click on “Continue verification”.
• Then click on “Start verification”.
• You will be redirected to our KYC partner ShuftiPro for verification.

You can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. We have explained the steps below for ease of access.

• Select the document type you want to upload.
• Select your region/country and upload documents.
• Keep your documents handy as you might be asked to upload them using a short video recording.
• To make sure you are the person in the documents, you will be asked to verify your face using the device camera. in case you don’t see the record option, make sure you have given camera access to the web browser.
• If your KYC application is processed and verified, a success message will be indicated on the screen, as shown below.

• After the verification is complete, your wallet address will be whitelisted automatically.
• If you have not joined the ZONE Discord server, join it immediately after KYC.

In case of verification failure:

There could be a few reasons due to which your KYC might get rejected.

• While filling the form for the KYC you need to pass the information in the same language as it is on your corresponding identity document. For example, entering information in English while verifying an Arabic document (which has the information in Arabic) will always result in a declined request.
• Upload the documents video with your face clearly visible.
• You might try again with a different document if you are facing issues with a particular document.

Important reminders:

• Do not lose your whitelisted Algorand wallet. If your wallet is lost, tokens can not be reallocated to any other address.
• You can only participate in the IDO using ALGO. If you send any other token, it won’t be possible to send back your funds to you.
• You are only allowed to send funds ranging between 150 ALGO to 3500 ALGO, any other amount won’t be recognized.
• In case someone does send funds that don’t lie within the range mentioned, your funds will be reverted to your wallets in a timely manner.
• Once whitelisted, you’ll be added to the #whitelisted discord channel where the IDO wallet address will be announced. This is the address where you will send the funds.
• The IDO wallet address will only be shared on our Discord server in the #whitelisted channel. Only whitelisted users will be able to see the address. Do not share this address with anyone.

Allocation Process:

• We will announce the allocations in due time after the sale closes.
• You will be able to claim your ZONE tokens from our claims portal using the whitelisted address at TGE.
• The target TGE date is 28th January 2022.
