Zone has been building incredible partnerships in the Algorand ecosystem and today we are excited to announce that Zone has become the official web3 gaming partner for AlgoStake! This isn’t the first time both projects have teamed up, we previously partnered with AlgoStake to offer multiple $ZONE staking pools!
AlgoStake And The $STKE Token
AlgoStake is Algorand’s leading open ASA staking solution. AlgoStake provides a simple and secure way to stake your tokens and earn staking rewards daily. AlgoStake stands out from the competition by enabling staking without taking custody of users’ funds. The tokens never leave customers’ wallets and users are able to claim their tokens directly from the AlgoStake dashboard.

An Algorand-native project, AlgoStake allows the owners of any Algorand ASA to set up staking at a particular APY for their token/LP holders. Its mission is to provide an easy self-set-up system for Algorand ASA owners and the AlgoStake team believes that every ASA owner should be able to offer staking to their users, not just a select few.
STKE or the AlgoStake token is used as ‘gas’ for AlgoStake’s services. ASA owners are required to deposit STKE to run staking pools and users can purchase a PRO subscription using STKE that automatically sends their daily staking rewards to their wallets.

With this new partnership Zone has launched AlgoStake Game Farms on its platform. Gamers can farm STKE tokens by participating in these special free-to-play pools. These Game Farms will be exclusive to users who have opted in for STKE.

What is a Game Farm?
Zone recently introduced a revolutionary gamefi primitive called Game Farms on its platform. Game farms allow gamers to play and earn with zero upfront costs, making web3 gaming more accessible to a global audience.
Game Farms allow players to farm various tokens by playing games without paying an entry fee while building their gamer stats and profile. Players can now play and earn across various games on the platform for a chance to participate in mega pools and future Zone PlayFi tournaments.
